Coach Earl has over two decades of coaching under his belt. He has experience in both softball and baseball, specializing his instruction to hitting and catching.
Coach Earl started coaching his twin daughters when they showed an interest in softball. After 14 years of coaching softball he transitioned into the baseball world in 2014. In 2016 Coach Earl became an addition to the Central High School (IL) roster as the hitting and catching coach. During his two years with the Marroons they won a regional title in 2016 and were a final four state qualifier in 2017.In 2018 Coach Earl transitioned to Parkland Community College (IL) where the team would go on to finish second at the DII Junior College World Series in Enid, OK.During the summer of 2020 Coach Earl coached the Champaign Recruits 18u team based out of Champaign, IL. From that roster, 8 of those players are continuing their baseball career at the collegiate level.Coach Earl prides himself in developing quality players both on and off of the field.
